Starting March 3rd

Staying grounded in times of crisis

We’re providing free community events and resources to anyone who needs support amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the most recent wave of anti-LGBTQIA events across the US.

What is Real to the People?

We first introduced Real to the People in March 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, offering free mental health care to help people cope in an extraordinary time. We quickly realized that this timely, modernized approach to care is vital to our mission of building a mentally well world. We’ll be bringing Real to you through Real to the People whenever an urgent moment calls for it.
